Professionals entering the field lack structured pathways to develop their practice. Families navigating behavioural and developmental challenges face long waiting lists, unclear guidance, and few local specialists.
HephCilla Konsults was founded to change that. We believe every practitioner deserves rigorous training and meaningful supervision. We believe every family deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based support. And we believe Nigeria deserves a thriving ABA community — one built on science, ethics, and genuine human care.

The people behind the practice
Priscilla Ahaiwe
BCaBA, QBA, IBA, MSc Managerial Psychology
Founder & Principal Consultant, HephCilla Konsult
Priscilla Ahaiwe is a dedicated and certified professional in Applied Behaviour Analysis, holding multiple credentials, including Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst, Qualified Behaviour Analyst, and International Behaviour Analyst.
With more than a decade of experience in working with children living with autism, developmental disorders, language deficits and behavioural challenges, she designs evidence-based intervention programmes to foster functional independence, social communication and language development.
Holding an MSc in Managerial Psychology, she combines clinical proficiency with leadership insights to optimize team collaboration and program outcomes, further augmented by trainings in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Organisation Behaviour Management.
Her practice emphasises recognising diversity, respecting cultural differences, fostering inclusivity, and ensuring tailored interventions for families.
Her mission is to empower individuals with developmental challenges to lead functional, independent, ongoing lives while fostering societal progress and understanding.
Her passion extends to promoting autism awareness and acceptance via her social media platforms, where she shares her experiences and insights on how society can uplift individuals living with developmental differences.
She aims to craft a world where every individual who learns differently finds their voice, their independence, and their wings, one life at a time.
Yetunde Iletogun

Yetunde Iletogun is a dedicated Behaviour Analyst whose professional journey reflects progressive expertise and commitment to excellence in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Beginning as a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT), advancing to a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisor (QASP-S), then a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA), pursued a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology and then becoming a Qualified Behaviour Analyst. She has built her career through rigorous study, hands-on clinical experience, and continuous professional growth under expert mentorship. She firmly believes that when ABA is implemented with the right tools, evidence-based strategies, and genuine compassion, it has the power to produce meaningful outcomes, thereby empowering learners to develop essential skills, improve functionality and independence, and reach their fullest potential.
